Erika Parla is an in-home personal trainer, functional strength and nutrition coach. She specializes in injury prevention, corrective exercises, mobility and flexibility, working with a broad range of clients from youths and special populations to those over 50. She is ACSM, CFSC, FMS and PN level 1 certified with a background in small group training and running and has been involved in the fitness industry for over 25 years. Her mission and passion is to give clients customized, achievable exercise and wellness programs based on individual goals and needs through which they can live healthier, happier lives.
