Erika Parla is an in-home and on-line Certified Personal trainer and Certified Functional Strength Coach. She works with a broad range of clients from youths and special populations to those over 50. She has a background in small group exercise and running and has been involved in the fitness industry for over 25 years. She delivers purposeful, individualized training programs that include, foam rolling, mobility, flexibility, activation, breathing techniques, proprioception, power, balance, agility, strength and conditioning. Erika passionately believes that exercise and movement are the best medicine for everyone! Her mission is to help clients prevent injury and to move and feel better throughout their lives.
