TRX Suspension Training-safely perform hundreds of exercises that utilize strength, power, balance, core flexibility, mobility and injury prevention.

Treadmill-By TRUE, makers of “the world’s finest cardio equipment”. This treadmill provides a smooth, cushioned surface for walking, jogging, running or sprinting flat or at an incline.

Cybex Arc Trainer-Burns more calories than any other elliptical cross trainer tested. The science behind the big calorie burn is in the ARC motion that engages quads and glutes and core muscles, putting no strain on joints, knees, hips or back.

Spinning Bike-Provides a great no impact cardio workout engaging your core while putting no strain on joints. Perfect option for clients recovering from lower body injuries.

Free Weights- A versatile method of strength training providing a wide variety of exercises engaging all different muscle groups. There are literally hundreds of options to work each muscle from large to small.

Machine Weights-offer a controlled, safe method of strength training. Perfect for all levels of fitness and a nice alternative to free weights.

Stability Balls-Also know as Balance balls and Swiss balls, can be incorporated into flexibility, weight training and many other fitness routines

Medicine Balls-helps develop core strength, improve coordination, balance and endurance

Foam Rollers-used for self myofascial release, self message, stretching and balance work

BOSU Balance Trainer-Stands for “Both Sides Up”(dome or platform side can be utilized) Great for balance, stability, functional training, core and much more

Resistance Bands- effectively help create lean, toned muscles, very portable and easy to use. A great alternative or addition to machine and free weights.
